FRSA Elects Bruce Manson President

Orlando: Bruce Manson, President of Manson Roofing, Inc., of Bradenton, has been elected President of the FRSA (Florida Roofing & Sheet Metal Contractors Assoc) at the Association's 96th annual convention held in Orlando.  He will now lead the association's 800 plus members during the 2018-2019 term of service.

Mr. Manson and Manson Roofing have been members of the FRSA for over 35 years, serving and volunteering on multiple committees, charitable events and as a member of the board of directors.

Manson Roofing Donates Roof to the Cortez Cultural Center

At their recent annual luncheon, The Manatee Tourism Development Council awarded Manson Roofing with the "2016 Tourism Partner of the Year" award for helping the Cortez Cultural Center with the new roof and a dry future.'

The center had recently received a donation of the historic 1940,s Monroe Cabin which is to be used for the new home of the Cortez Cultural Center.  Bruce and George Manson met concerning the project and decided a new roof was in order.  Foreman Todd Bone executed the project to a successful conclusion while dealing with a moved building that had been built so long ago.

Manson Roofing Supports "Cure for Kids"

The 2016 Annual 'Cure for Kids" Tennis Festival was held to raise money for PACE for Girls, Foundation for Dreams, and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.  $10,000 was raised and split among the three charities.  Nick Bolletieri gave the opening address with a thoughtful message about helping kids today.  Manson Roofing has been a proud sponsor of the tournament fundraiser since its inception.

Manson Roofing People’s Choice

ROOF RESCUE

Learn to Fish Ministries, a local charity group that assists women overcome addiction and other problems, sent an urgent request to Manson Roofing to help mend their partially completed and damaged roof. 

Manson Roofing’s team lead by Stew Goeman responded and was able to install new roofing and complete the unfinished sections in order for the non-profit to finish the project and provide housing for those they serve.  Shingle roofing and flat roof TPO single ply was installed at no charge to group. 

Stew Goeman lead a group of Manson Roofing volunteers that include Richard Tyler, Don Corso, Josh Rhoads and Leon Turner who completed the project with a quality to new roof to serve the ministry for years to come.  Manson Roofing donated all the materials needed for the job.

Manson Roofing Rolls-Out New Web Site.

President Bruce Manson announced the launching of the new mansonroofing.com website in the company’s efforts to better connect and provide valuable information to our customers.

The objective of the site is to provide an easy path for customers to contact the firm, as well as provide concise useful information, without lengthy paragraphs and multiple deep searches to reach the desired destination.

VP George Manson states that the site will grow to meet the future needs of our customers. The latest fad won’t have much to do with the direction we take as we focus our efforts on our customer’s needs.

Partnering with Manson Roofing and designing the site is fellow Manatee and Sarasota Chamber member Daryl Schmucker, Owner of Noble WebWorks. Daryl paid several visits to Manson Roofing, kept in constant contact and provided some needed prompting to help us in our quest for a successful site.

At the annual Christmas luncheon held at Mexicali Restaurant, Owners Bruce & George Manson welcomed all the employees of Manson Roofing to the year-end celebration.

Awards were presented to the following for their outstanding service;

Employee of the 4th Quarter – Todd Bone
Safety Employee of the Year – Nicolas Angeles

And the EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR, 2011 was DAVID AGEE.
